Derby Duel: Match Predictor is an offline game for two people sharing one device. It does not require an account and does not send app content or player-entered content to a server.
The app stores the duel name, duellist names, selected fixtures, predictions, entered outcomes, ratings, win and loss records, display preferences, and onboarding status in local app storage. This information is used only to provide the duel, results, history, leaderboard, and settings features.
The app does not collect personal information, perform usage measurement, use advertising identifiers, use crash reporting, access contacts, request location, or share data with third parties. It does not include advertising, purchases, subscriptions, or betting.
Local data remains until the user deletes an individual history item, uses Reset local data, or uninstalls the app. Reset local data removes duel history, ratings, preferences, and onboarding data from the device.
The store listing targets an audience aged 18 and over. The app has no account system or age-verification collection. It is a private points game and does not involve money or prizes.
Because the app is offline, its data path is limited to the device’s application storage. Users should protect access to their device and should not enter information they do not want other people sharing the device to see.
If the app’s data behavior changes, this policy will be updated before that behavior is released.
