1. Introduction & Core Privacy Philosophy

AuraDesk: Daily Reflection (“AuraDesk”, “we”, “our”, or “the App”) is built on the principle of absolute privacy and zero data harvesting. We believe that your personal thoughts, daily reflections, mood logs, gratitude notes, and personal goals are deeply sacred and belong solely to you.

AuraDesk operates 100% offline-first. We do not operate user accounts, we do not have central servers storing your journal, and we do not track your behavior.

2. Information We Collect

A. Data You Create in the App (Stored Locally Only)

When you use AuraDesk, you may create and store the following content on your local device:

Where this data resides:

4. Data Security & PIN Protection

5. Third-Party Services & Libraries

AuraDesk does not incorporate third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising frameworks (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or AdMob). The application relies solely on standard open-source Flutter frameworks running client-side.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

AuraDesk does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because no personal data is collected or transmitted from any user, the application is safe for all age groups.

7. Compliance with International Privacy Regulations

A. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EEA & UK)

Because all personal data is processed solely on your local device under your direct control, you maintain full data sovereignty (Right to Access, Right to Rectification, Right to Erasure, and Right to Data Portability via JSON export).

B. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements or application enhancements. Any updates will be published with a revised “Effective Date”. Because the App does not collect user contact information, we encourage you to review this document periodically in the App or on our public repository.
